Q: I've got something that you might be interested in, what do I do?

A: Kavanagh Interiors is dedicated to offering quality pieces which are each carefully selected for both their unique attributes and historical value.
 
We buy regularly from both private collections and the general public. If you believe you have something of interest and you'd like to sell to us please follow the steps below before sending us an email.
 
What we'll need:
  • Brief description of the item
  • Quality photographs including any damage
  • Note any hallmarks or signatures
After you've got this together, fire us an email at hello@kavanaghinteriors.com. Please keep in mind that this is not an appraisals or informative service for your items. We will respond to your email if we are interested in your item.

 

Q: What are your showroom hours?

A: Our showroom is open Fridays, 12PM-9PM and Saturdays 11AM-6PM. We're also open by appointment all week and if you'd like to set up an appointment to see a certain item, feel free to contact us here.
  

Q: Are you negotiable with your prices?

A: It really depends on the item. Whiles each item has some flexibility we're always willing to try and work something out. Package deals, multiple purchases always take into account what kind of rebate we can offer. Periodically we have sales, discounts and special offerers as well. Q: I'm looking for a particular item, can you help me find it?

A: Because of the high number of item search requests we receive, we can no longer accomodate personalized searches.
 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We take exceptional and accurate photographs and write detailed descriptions (incorporating both qualities and any possible defects) and include the dimensions of all our merchandise in each listing. However, because the nature of our merchandise all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.
 

Q: Do you offer Layaway?

A: We can set aside items for up to 30 days with a cash deposit of 25%. Within 30 days the buyer is responsible for either paying off the remaining balance in one payment in full or the deposit is lost.
 

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: We do not extend credit of any kind. We do, however, offer layway (see above policy).
 

Q: Can you store purchased items?

A: We do not offer a storage service.
 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We can ship anything in our store to anywhere in the world. We use trusted and insured delivery carriers for all of our shipments to ensure your item comes to you undammaged.
 

Q: Can I contact Beau Kavanagh Directly?

A: Beau is a busy man with a busy schedule. He's often out there at an auction or searching for the best of the best for Kavanagh Interiors. Alas, his personal contact information is private. Send him a fan email here if you want!
